1.) What is included with the birthday party package?

One hour on the field and thirty minutes in the party room.

2.) Is there a limit to the number of children that can attend the party?

No.

3.) Are we restricted to one sport?

There are many games that can be played. When you book a party you will be supplied with a list of suggested games.

4.) Are there specific times set for birthday parties?

The MAX is a busy facility. We will do our best to work with your schedule, as well as ours.

5.) Can we bring in outside food or beverages?

Outside food and beverages are prohibited.

6.) What does a coordinator do during the party?

Your coordinator will organize the field/court activity as well as serve you food.

7.) Should I tip my coordinator?

Tips are always optional, but it lets your coordinator know they did a good job.

8.) What are we required to bring?

Cake, candles, matches, and party favors; if you wish.

9.) Do I need to bring plates, napkins, forks for the cake I’m bringing?

If you are getting a concessions package from the Max we will provide all paper products. If you are not getting a concessions package then you are responsible for all paper products.

10.) Is the party room decorated?

No; we do not decorate; however, if you want to bring decorations we recommend balloons and table cloths.

11.) Does the MAX require a down-payment?

As of May 1^st, we require a $50.00 down-payment.
