The Alta rental space is a contemporary space nestled inside the MAX. It is ideal for small to large private events. It’s modern rustic décor and open ambiance provides a comfortable yet energetic vibe.
A number of set-up options are available in each space and can be adjusted to fit your specific event.
Pricing Monday - Thursday: $100/hour Friday - Sunday: $250/hour Cleaning Deposit: $500* Sizing 4,000 Sq. feet Details 2 hour minimum rental * If the event space is returned to the condition it was in before the event, then the $500 will be subtracted from your remaining balance. If the space is not returned to the original state the MAX will retain the deposit. |

The Party Room rental spaces are multi-use rooms inside the MAX. It is ideal for small to medium size private events. It’s clean and open space provides a comfortable yet customizable canvas for any party theme.
A number of set-up options are available in each space and can be adjusted to fit your specific event. Pricing Monday - Thursday: $50/hour Friday - Sunday: $75/hour Cleaning Deposit: $100* Sizing ~1,000 Sq. feet Details 2 hour minimum rental * If the event space is returned to the condition it was in before the event, then the $100 will be subtracted from your remaining balance. If the space is not returned to the original state the MAX will retain the deposit. |
